We are home to 39 monkeys that have been rescued from situations of abuse and neglect from the UK primate pet trade. Covid-19 has caused devastation across the world and like many others we are struggling as a result of this pandemic. Our main priority is to make sure that the monkeys have food, the medicines they need along with continued care.
Despite lockdown easing, and many things returning back to some sense of normality, we are still in desperate need of your help. We were closed to the public for 15 months and therefore were not receiving a huge part of our usual predicted income. Although we have now been able to re-open, due to the safety restrictions and limits on numbers that we have in place, we will still not be able to receive our usual pre-Covid predicted income. The money that we receive from visitors over the summer months is crucial to help see us through the winter when funds are low.
If you can, please make a donation to our appeal today. Even a regular commitment of £10 per month would help enormously! Every action, every penny counts.
Despite the challenges, we will continue caring for the rescued monkeys in our care and continue with our charity work to the best of our ability. The kindness that people are showing in this crisis is overwhelming, together we are stronger and we know that with your support we will come through this.
No matter how small, your contribution will help us to continue caring for the rescued monkeys here. Please donate today www.wildfutures.org/donate and follow us on Facebook for updates.
